Plattformarbeiter*innen – Hindernisse für die Beteiligung
Eine Publikation der Polnischen Sozialrat e.V. (PSR) im Rahmen des Kooperationsverbunds für Vielfalt und Zusammenhalt (KVVZ)
Von Lieferdiensten und Fahrdienstvermittlung bis hin zu Online-Freelancing und Arbeit in privaten Haushalten: Plattformarbeit umfasst sehr unterschiedliche Tätigkeiten und Beschäftigungsformen. Das Issue Paper untersucht, welche strukturellen, rechtlichen, institutionellen und sozialen Barrieren die soziale und demokratische Teilhabe von Plattformarbeiter*innen erschweren. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt dabei migrantischen und anderen besonders vulnerablen Beschäftigtengruppen sowie der Frage, wessen Erfahrungen in der öffentlichen Debatte über Plattformarbeit bislang wenig sichtbar sind.

Platform workers – barriers to participation
A publication by the Polish Social Council e.V. (PSR) as part of the Kooperationsverbund für Vielfalt und Zusammenhalt (KVVZ)
From delivery services and ride-hailing to online freelancing and work in private households: platform work encompasses a wide variety of activities and forms of employment. This issue paper examines the structural, legal, institutional and social barriers that hinder the social and democratic participation of platform workers. Particular attention is paid to migrant workers and other particularly vulnerable groups of workers, as well as to the question of whose experiences have so far been largely overlooked in the public debate on platform work.
